in their previous life these small illustrated plywood plaques were part of a craft kit that taught children how to trace with a wood burning tool and build decorative napkin holders and bookends. as a collector of children's book illustration i just love them as is. they look great on a wall or a shelf but if you wanted to you might still paint or wood burn them. find them freshly listed in the daisy chain vintage shop!
